Salt & Gold Studio creates small-batch, handcrafted pieces inspired by the quiet beauty of the coast. Each item is made by hand, which means natural variations in color, pattern, and texture are expected — and part of what makes every piece one of a kind.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD, and payment is collected at checkout. Because each item is carefully crafted and prepared just for you, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or returned once they’re placed. (You can read more in our Return Policy.)

3. Shipping & Local Delivery

We ship to the address you share at checkout or deliver locally within our designated area. Shipping and delivery timelines may vary, especially during holidays or weather events. Once an order is placed in the hands of the carrier, tracking information will be provided so you can follow its journey home.

Please double-check your address during checkout — we’re unable to replace or refund items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

4. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.
Because our pieces are handmade and often made to order, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If something arrives damaged in transit, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll be glad to help make it right.

5. Intellectual Property

All photographs, designs, and written content on this site belong to Salt & Gold Studio. We kindly ask that you do not copy, reproduce, or use them without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Salt & Gold Studio is not responsible for indirect or accidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. By purchasing from us, you agree to use our items responsibly and as intended.
