At Salt & Gold Studio, every piece is made by hand in small batches, and natural variations are part of what makes each item unique. Because of this, all sales are final. We’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

That said, your experience matters deeply to us. If your item arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us via our Instagram within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll be happy to help make it right.
